More characters
Be the game designers, a biker, and even a terrorist! To get even more people in multiplayer mode like the game designers, bike rider, and the terrorist follow the directions below. You can do this code anywhere, but it's best to do it on the multiplayer character select screen while looking at the last available character (Mishkin or Moonraker Elite).
1.Hold L + R and press C-Left.
2.Hold L and press C-Up.
3.Hold L + R and press LEFT on the Control Pad (not the analog stick.)
4.Hold L and pressRIGHT on the Control Pad.
5.Hold R and press DOWN on the Control Pad.
6.Hold L + R and press C-Left.
7.Hold L and press C-Up.
8.Hold L + R and press RIGHT on the Control Pad.
9.Hold L + R and press C-Down.
10.Hold L and press DOWN on the Control Pad
Floating Mines Everywhere (Bunker)
This code allows you to float mines anywhere! First go to the bunker in battle mode, make sure you have remote mines as your weapon. Plant eight mines on the TVs that hang from the ceiling. After every TV has a mine on it go to the detonator and blow them all up. Now refill on mines and toss one. Nothing happens, but if you back up you will see a mine floating! You can plant mines anywhere in the Bunker after the code has been done.

For special options,hold the L button,press up C, right C, left C, down C, B, A, A. Do this at character selection screen.
Hidden characters
To access three hidden characters, Dr. Klin, Sumo Santa, and Boogerman. All codes MUST be done at the character select screen, and MUST be done holding the top "L" key on the joystick!
Dr. Klin: press B,left C, up C, right C, down C, A
Sumo Santa: press A, down C, right C, up C, left C, B
Boogerman: press up, right, down, left, right, left

Press this in the title screen:up,l,up,l,down,l,down,l,left,r,right,r,left,r,right,r,b,a, then hold z and then press start.Then you will hear something.Go to open game, you can now choose the all-star teams.
