Cores from Lilla Värtan

Two sediment cores where sampled in this coastal basin in 1978-11-06, and two more cores in 1981-06-24. The upper part of one of these cores in shown below.

For the uppermost 0.3 m of this gas-rich core the mean wet and dry bulk density (salt-free) amounted to 1.06 and 0.09 respectively.
